- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign. Please have 1–2 helpers ready, as the crate is heavy
- Arrives partially assembled. Instructions and a basic tool kit are included
Tracking your order

If it arrives damaged
- Inspect the crate before you sign for it.
- Write any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We send a free replacement part, a replacement unit or a full refund, at no shipping cost to you.
