1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Youth products must be purchased by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products and Information

We try to describe our products accurately, including the specification tables on each product page. Colors may look slightly different on different screens. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Orders and Pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including orders with pricing errors or signs of fraud, and will refund any payment for declined orders in full. All prices are in USD. Billing is covered by our Billing Policy and Billing Terms & Conditions.

4. Shipping, Returns and Warranty

• Shipping: free on every order; total delivery time 4–7 business days (1–2 business days processing + 3–5 business days transit). See Shipping Policy
• Cancellations: free of charge before your order ships
• Returns & refunds: returns within 30 days of delivery and refunds within 30 days of delivery, no restocking fee; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect
• Warranty: 2-year warranty on every product. See Warranty & Replacement

5. Safe and Lawful Use

• Always wear a DOT-approved helmet and proper protective gear
• Follow the recommended rider age, weight limits and instructions in the owner’s manual
• Supervise children at all times when riding youth models
• Our products are designed for off-road use and are not street legal. Follow all local, state and federal laws on where and how you ride
• Never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs

6. Assumption of Risk

Riding go-karts, buggies, ATVs and UTVs involves risk of injury. By purchasing and using our products, you accept these risks and agree to operate the product safely and as instructed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Moozgo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on moozgo.com, including the Moozgo name and logo, text, images and design, belongs to Moozgo and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
