Free Shipping

Every order on moozgo.com ships free within the contiguous United States, including large freight items such as ATVs and UTVs. No shipping fees are added at checkout. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery Time

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays or remote locations.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time, Monday to Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Go-karts, buggies, ATVs and UTVs ship crated by freight carrier with curbside delivery. Small parts and accessories may ship by parcel carrier. Read our Freight Shipping Policy for delivery appointment details.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also check your order in My Account > Orders.

Address Changes & Cancellations

You can change your shipping address or cancel your order free of charge any time before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Inspect your shipment before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement part, a replacement unit or a full refund at no shipping cost to you. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 48 hours.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and refunds within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. See our Refund & Return Policy.
