Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, PayPal and Afterpay. Afterpay lets eligible customers split their purchase into installments; see How to Use Afterpay at Checkout.

Currency and Pricing

• All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD)
• Shipping is free on every order and is never added at checkout
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address
• The total shown on the checkout page is the total you will be charged

When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. For Afterpay orders, your first installment is collected at checkout and the rest follow Afterpay’s schedule.

Billing Verification

To protect you from fraud, we may verify your billing details. Your billing name and address should match the details on file with your card issuer. If we cannot verify an order, we may contact you or cancel the order with a full refund.

Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details or contact your bank, then try again or choose a different payment method.

Refunds to Your Payment Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may need a few extra days to post the credit. Afterpay refunds are returned to your Afterpay account. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and refunds within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship, and you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
