Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Refund requests are also accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and not ridden, with no fuel or engine oil added
• In its original condition with all parts, keys, chargers, manuals and accessories
• Returned in its original crate or packaging, or packaging of equal protection
• Accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Moozgo

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at Support@moozgo.com or +1 (205) 681-6677 with your order number and reason for return.
2. We send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions, including the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. For large items, we can recommend a freight carrier.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged, is defective or we sent the wrong item, Moozgo pays the return shipping. Original shipping to you is always free and is never deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee

Moozgo does not charge any restocking fee on returns.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it. Afterpay refunds are returned to your Afterpay account. Items returned used, damaged by the customer or missing parts may receive a partial refund equal to the cost of repair or missing parts. We will contact you before issuing a partial refund.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel any order free of charge before it ships and receive a full refund. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but can be returned within 30 days of delivery under this policy.

Damaged Shipments

1. Inspect the crate or box before signing for delivery.
2. Write any visible damage on the delivery receipt (for example, ‘damaged crate’).
3. Take clear photos of the packaging, the product and the shipping label.
4. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@moozgo.com or +1 (205) 681-6677.
5. We will send a free replacement part, a replacement unit or a full refund. You will not pay any shipping costs for damaged items.

Defective Products

If your product does not work properly, contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or a short video. Our team will troubleshoot with you first. If the product is defective, we will repair it, send replacement parts, replace the unit or issue a refund. Defects found after 30 days are covered by our 2-year warranty.
