These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases on moozgo.com and form part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and you authorize Moozgo to charge the full order total, including any applicable sales tax.

2. Prices and Errors

All prices are in US Dollars. We work to keep prices accurate, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will always contact you first.

3. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout according to the laws of the state you are shipping to.

4. Shipping Charges

Moozgo offers free shipping on every order. No shipping charge will be added to your order.

5. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered at checkout, cannot be applied after an order is placed, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated.

6. Third-Party Payment Services

Payments made with PayPal, Google Pay or Afterpay are also subject to that provider’s own terms. Afterpay installment plans, eligibility, spending limits and any late fees are set by Afterpay, not Moozgo.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and refunds within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. 8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us first if you have a billing concern; most issues are resolved quickly. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide our records to the card issuer and may pause the order while the dispute is reviewed.

9. Fraud Prevention

We may review, hold or cancel orders that show signs of fraud. If an order is cancelled for this reason, any payment collected is refunded in full.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
